Jacqueline is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming<\/a> practitioner, an ILM-endorsed Clean Language<\/a> coach, and the first certified Level 1 Systemic Modeller for group facilitation and organisational coaching in Asia.<\/u><\/u><\/span>

\nShe has been managing, coaching and training individuals and organisations since 2005, including in her own newsroom, The Nut Graph<\/a><\/i>, when she was an award-winning journalist in her previous career.<\/u><\/u><\/span>

\nShe has been trained by and worked with the world\u2019s top Clean Language coaches and facilitators including Penny Tompkins, James Lawley and Caitlin Walker both in Malaysia and the UK.<\/u><\/u><\/span>

\nShe has coached and facilitated leading regional companies in Malaysia, including its top managers. Specifically, she has worked with corporate and non-corporate clients to develop better people management skills, increased teamwork and collaboration, better personal and professional productivity and performance, and exceptional customer experience.<\/u><\/u><\/span>

\nAt the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)<\/a>, she runs a signature AMKT public programme on communicating assertively.<\/u><\/u><\/span>
